The SPICE Framework itself grew out of a practical work and research with a wide range of businesses across all sectors. This work focused on the development of people, organisations and the development of talent in challenging times. So in this section of the Marketplace we summarise learning and development programmes, providing training in the SPICE Framework itself, as distinct from the software applications.

We have quoted pricing based on our typical approach to programme delivery which is in a combination of units of micro-learning together with on-line coaching sessions for teams or individuals. – By ‘micro-learning’, we mean packages of learning of no more than 5 minutes duration that are accessed on demand. – Each micro-learning unit addresses core knowledge and skill development and coaching supports the application of knowledge and developing skills based on agreed work-based projects. The programme is delivered using the SPICE Framework applications. Programmes are also evaluated and measured for their impact using SPICE Framework applications.
