Individuals and Team Collaboration

The Individuals and Teams Collaboration application is a dashboard with some clever applications to support whole businesses, their teams and their people within what is described as a ‘Hive of Connectivity’.

The application operates on three levels.  The top level is the grey, ‘workspace administration’.  Here is where a business can manage aspects of its development, including setting up teams.  The team dashboard is made up of green icons for managing both projects and people development.  An individual joining a team or workspace has a purple dashboard.

Dashboards include applications for setting up and managing development plans, managing workflow/projects, recording achievement and much more.  The dashboards also give access to the other core applications for Learning Resources, Evaluation and Questioning, Behavioural Assessment and Reporting.
